In late March 2026, during South Summit Brazil in Porto Alegre, we signed our partnership with PIA, a Uruguayan startup using artificial intelligence to transform recruitment and selection.
Since then, we have been PIA's official business partner in Brazil: we handle local operations, onboarding, support, and customer success, always in Portuguese and close to the people who use it.
The partnership was a natural fit: PIA was created to take repetitive work off HR's plate and free people up for what matters. It's the same way Infinilabs works: listen first, experiment together, and deliver what makes a difference.
